1. Original Work
All jewelry and metalwork are original designs created by the artist, Audrey Steinbach.
Each piece is fabricated by hand using the traditional techniques of chasing and repoussé.
All images, designs, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Audrey Steinbach Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.
2. Handmade Nature
Every creation is individually made by hand. Variations in texture, tone, and form are inherent to this process and reflect the authenticity of the work. These distinctions are not flaws but the marks of craftsmanship and individuality.
3. Commissions and Custom Collaborations
- Bespoke commissions or custom collaborations begin with a design consultation to determine materials, direction, and timeline.
- A non-refundable design deposit may be required to begin the process.
- Once a final design and quote are approved, a 50% deposit confirms the commission, with the balance due upon completion before shipment or delivery.
4. Production Time
Each piece requires significant time and attention to create — typically between 25 and 65 hours of focused studio work from initial sketch to final polish.
Completion timelines for custom orders vary based on design complexity and current studio schedule.
5. Shipping and Delivery
All works are securely packaged and shipped fully insured.
The studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
International buyers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Because each piece is handcrafted and often made to order, all sales are final.
Adjustments, resizing, or repairs may be available at the studio’s discretion.
If an issue arises, please contact the studio within 7 days of delivery.
7. Repairs and Care
Repairs or restorations of Audrey Steinbach Studio pieces may be offered depending on the work’s condition and materials.
Care instructions are provided to ensure longevity and preservation of your piece.

The artist reserves the right to update or discontinue items, adjust pricing, or modify content at any time without prior notice.

All jewelry is considered wearable art and should be handled and stored accordingly.
